It doesn't accept CMAT but only accepts CAT with 86 percentile and XAT with 80 percentile. Please refer the below link –

You will get a seat surely in those colleges, but you may not get a completely free seat, it may be management quota or some amount of concessions in fees. I would suggest that you get counselling for TSICET and if it turns up good then you can try Bhavans or Loyola College. I'm saying this cause I got TSICET 706 rank, but went to do MBA in a B school instead.
