LPU NEST mock tests can be taken free of charge. Candidates registered for LPU NEST may attempt the mock test anytime free of cost. This mock test has been made available to prepare for the real examination in a competitive spirit and in order to increase performance; hence no money is charged for appearing in the mock tests.

Hi there,
The admissions under 2025 session are closed and next session schedule is not udpated yet by university . Kindly wait till then. Once its updated then you can apply for 2026 session . First, you need to appear in test and once you got the result then there will be counselling round in which you can participate online . After counselling round you will get allotment letter on your application portal on specific date as per the course and later you can take admission .

Hi there,
The duration of LPUNEST test varies from one programme to another . The test is computer based completely that consists of MCQs though some courses such as B.Tech include fill in the blanks as well . There is no negative marking in for wrong or unanswered questions in test . The duration and test format of few courses are as follows -
Btech - Test duration is 150 minutes (2:30 hr.) and it consists of objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and Fill in the blanks (FIBs). Maximum Marks: 400

Seat allotment during the LPU NEST counselling effectively takes place based on your merit (exam) rank, as well as the preferences you fill to course/specialisations while you log in to the portal for admissions after your results are out.
