Yes, students studying in Class 12 are generally eligible to appear for the LPU-NEST conducted by Lovely Professional University. LPUNEST, which stands for Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test, is an entrance exam conducted for admission and scholarship purposes in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the university. Students who are currently appearing in their Class 12 board examinations or have already completed Class 12 from a recognised board can usually apply for undergraduate programs through LPUNEST. The eligibility criteria may vary depending on the course you want to

You can apply for B.Tech Aerospace at LPU because you passed LPUNEST and meet the 60% requirement in 10+2 Physics Mathematics and English. LPU provides three admission methods which include LPUNEST and JEE Main and CUET.

Choosing between a Diploma and a degree depends on career goals. A Diploma focuses more on practical skills and helps in early entry into technical jobs, but growth options can be limited later. A degree offers deeper concepts, wider exposure, and better long term career opportunities. At LPU, the degree structure is designed with industry projects and placements in mind, which supports stronger career progression.

LPUNEST is not compulsory for BBA at LPU Admission Office. Direct admission works based on 10+2 marks (minimum 50% aggregate) with English as a subject. The test mainly helps secure scholarships. LPU's curriculum stands out with industry projects and strong placement support from top recruiters, preparing students well for management careers.

Yes; with an LPUNEST rank around 4444, you have a good chance to get CSE at Lovely Professional University. From what I've seen, LPU doesn't follow strict public cutoffs like government colleges, and admission is more availability + eligibility based, so this rank is generally sufficient.

Regarding counseling, you'll most likely get CSE in the early rounds (1st or 2nd) if you apply on time. Compared to later rounds, earlier participation gives you better chances for your preferred branch and scholarship.

At Lovely Professional University, LPUNEST MBA “rank” is basically based on your written test score only (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, GK). That score is converted into a percentile/rank and used mainly for scholarship and eligibility slabs. It is not calculated after GD/PI.

GD/PI (group discussion/personal interview) is a separate admission stage for MBA selection, while LPUNEST is mainly for entrance + scholarship. So your final admission decision depends on overall profile (test + interview + eligibility), but rank is decided before GD/PI.
