At Lovely Professional University, LPUNEST MBA “rank” is basically based on your written test score only (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, GK). That score is converted into a percentile/rank and used mainly for scholarship and eligibility slabs. It is not calculated after GD/PI.
GD/PI (group discussion/personal interview) is a separate admission stage for MBA selection, while LPUNEST is mainly for entrance + scholarship. So your final admission decision depends on overall profile (test + interview + eligibility), but rank is decided before GD/PI.

For additional practice, standard JEE‑level books like HC Verma (Physics) and RD Sharma or Arihant problem‑based texts (Mathematics) are commonly used. For aptitude and reasoning, books such as R S Aggarwal's Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning are helpful. Focusing on NCERT along with a few well‑known practice books is usually enough to cover the pattern and difficulty level of the test.
