Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 48% aggregate is the basic eligibility for an MA offered at Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Ajmer. However, candidates applying for MA in Geography need a minimum of 55% aggregate to be eligible for the course. The aspirant must have the documents as a proof of eligibility as well. ·      Must have at least GPA of 2.5 on a scale of 4.0 in bachelor’s degree

The university conducts RVSAT for providing admission to MA course. The shortlisted candidates are further called for PI round. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Candidates, for MA programme, are first shortlisted on the basis of skill assessment test which consists of written skill test, communication skill and logical reasoning. Shortlisted candidates have to then appear for a personal interview round. Final selection is based on the candidate’s scores in skill assessment test, personal interview round and past academic performance.
