As I am PGP student and not from PGPex, I would not be the best person to answer your query. I suggest you get in touch with an IIM Shillong candidate of the PGPex Program.
All the best!

Hello Shashank!
I too think doing MA in Hindi will help you a lot. As you are of engineering field so diversion to literature would be little tough but your interest towards writing will carry you to make a good career as a Writer. While doing PG, you will come contact of many good Professors and concerned faculties which will guide you from where to start with. If you become writer then media related with news, books, blogs and many other streams are open while in govt. you can try as teacher.

The one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree. If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not. For example, with certain institutes for MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3, therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.
I hope it will help you. Please, feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
