1. Introduction to Political Theory
2. The Political Context
3. Debates on freedom
4. Debates on Equality
5. Debates on Justice
6. Debates on Rights
7. Debates on Democratic Political Community.
I would suggest you to choose the college in which you wish to take admission and go through its course structure.

If you are asking for MA in humanities and social science, then yes, you can appear in the UGC NET exam through MA in humanities and social science.
If you have done MA from some other course, then you can check whether the subject is included in UGC NET or not from the link given below:

Through the list, you will be able to check whether you are eligible for UGC NET or not.

In my opinion, you should go for M.Tech with GATE you will get a stipend. Otherwise, you may join job and try MBA as part time or distance mode, it is much better than MA.

In MDU, you get an option for full time MA music. This course is not available through correspondence.

In JNU, MA politics (with specialisation to international relations) entrance, the questions are based on the graduation level syllabus of political science, history and economics. There will be twenty questions; questions are from each subject above. And you have to attempt five questions from them. Apart from that, all other important aspects of the subject that you have studied in your degree course is important.
