If you had the subject combination of education or philosophy with history, then you can do MA in psychology. But, this norm may be flexible in case of distance in different Universities.

Yes, you can do B.Ed. After completion of your B.Ed, you can apply for TGT Biology or PGT Biology in government, private, KV or JNV.

MA is a post-graduation course, before that you have to complete graduation that is your BA.
To take admission in JNU, you have to clear entrance exam of JNU for which applications were dropped in January or you can apply directly if you have above 90% marks and above.
