4060 - 5000/ is the admission fees per year. As MA is a two years course. So, total of 10000 is the admission fee for MA in Dibrugarh University.

Yes. You can actually do that, but then you need to multi task and manage things on time. It's difficult to make two courses at a time.

You may apply for the same, but it would be very difficult to cope up with the lack of the Bachelor's degree learning of the language. Graduation syllabus is definitely advanced as compared to class 12th, so that will not be enough to pull you through. You will have to invest more time.

(a) Category I : Direct Admission I.e. Without Entrance Test
(I) B.A. (Hons.) Examination in English from University of Delhi with 6% & above marks for General Category, 54% & above for OBC,SC/ ST/ PwD/ CW.
(b) Category II : Admission Through Entrance Test
