PU is a good option for doing MA in English. Please check last years' cutoff and eligible criteria on official site of Punjab University.

Hi Revathi,
As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognised by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University distance education B.Ed course. If you have teaching experiences then you can apply.
Thanks!

Hi Priyanka,
I think, yes you can take, but if there is a problem then you request the authorities by writing a letter to them saying that you want to take the exam in English and probably the letter should be written to the vice-chancellor.
