After MA in mass communication you can apply for the post of trainee journalist or reporter in any leading newspaper. You can also apply in any ad agency, or any CO. which is taking public relation officer. Look for govt. jobs. Be a freelance journalist. Become a content writer in various websites and there are many more options you can look for.

The eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Ed at IGNOU is as follows: Candidate should be:
a) At least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent.
and
(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
or
(ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.
You are eligible to seek admission in B.Ed at IGNOU.

I'm not in a position to compare these two courses. About PGDISEM, this is a niche course about Industrial Safety and Environment Management. This course is available in very few colleges in India. Once you are into this, it would be a bit difficult for you to change the stream for work later.
