Hello, all countries except US and Canada accept 3 yr degree courses, so you will have plenty of options. Additionally check for GRE or GMAT requirements, work experience requirements etc.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year degree course in the field of management. In India, MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a business school affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

Dear,
Most of universities require BA English (Hons.) or English subject in all 3 years. You need to check the eligibility of particular university for the same.
You can do BA English (Hons.) through distance mode from different university simultaneously with your B.El.Ed degree.

Hello, different colleges have different entry requirements. Typically for Masters degree courses an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. Please get in touch with the concerned colleges.An alternative could be ESL courses which are the bridge courses in English.

Hello, you have to be specific when you use the term foreign country. Every country has different admission requirements. For your information 3 year degree is accepted by every country except US and Canada. However there could be particular universities in other countries having this requirement but generally rare.
