Yes, you can pursue 2 different programme from 2 different university in regular and distance mode.
LLB is a fulltime course so accordingly you can pursue MA as distance mode with IGNOU.

Started in 2004, this one year programme aims to provide students with an insight into the corporate world. You cannot pursue 2 regular degree courses from 2 different universities in the same duration.
But you can pursue 2 different programmes with 2 different universities in regular and distance mode.
