Following is admission procedure:
Know the eligibility for the course at the concerned counter.
2. Take the Application Form from Bank/Sales counter.
3. Fill up the application form.
4. Attach all enclosures as required. (originals & a set of xerox copies). Originals will be returned after the verification.
5. Attach the DD for admission fee which should include - Registration Fee 300+
Admission Fee (eg. for M.Com 45

Doing MA in Mass Communication in Govt. Institutes is like having less professionalism, less pressure, little bit less systematic study and many more. But if it's a private institute then I have seen that the professors are more dedicated toward the development of the students which is really helpful for every student.
