It depends on what you want to pursue if teaching in school then B.Ed is compulsory if you want to go in research field ten B.Ed and PhD both are required along with a post-graduate degree.

No, it cannot be done together as B.Ed is a comprehensive programme which include internship and teaching along with study. Also projects work is there which covers wide syllabus.

The Master of economics is a postgraduate Master's degree in economics comprising training in economic theory, econometrics or applied economics.
I won't suggest you to pursue it along with M.Tech because both these courses are too tough to be done together. Either do M.Tech or MA.
