The following courses are available in DU for a PG in mass communication:
Post Graduate Diploma In Business Journalism and Corporate Communication (DBJCC)
Started in 2004, this one year programme aims to provide students with an insight into the corporate world. The programme equips students with skills in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Advertising and Business Journalism. This programme is offered by Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Pitampura.

You cannot pursue 2 regular degree courses from 2 different universities in the same duration.
But you can pursue 2 different programmes with 2 different universities in regular and distance mode.

According to me, it will not help you. You can professionally learn more English in your organisation rather than doing a course (MA through distance). As per me, you should do MBA (distance) in operation management. It will definitely help you in your current job. You will get promotion and salary hike too .
Currently, you are working in the recruitment department then you should do MBA in HR.
