Yes, of course you can do one regular degree and one distance degree simultaneously. But make sure that your exams doesn't clash because the exams of LLB are conducted semester wise but the degree exams of IGNOU held annual whether in June or in December.

You need to have an aggregate of 55% in your graduation from any discipline. Apply for the course online (registrations are closed presently). You will have to keep a check on the website for the entrance exams. Here is the website (You have to apply next year)

You can give PGT and TGT both after MA.

MBA has wider opportunities in comparison to MA English in India. MBA with specialization in marketing & HR will be good for you. In order to crack MBA entrance examinations, you may take coaching to improve your weakness in numerical ability.

Minimum eligibility criteria for MA in economics at DU is 50% marks for economics graduates. You are not eligible for seeking admission in MA in economics in DU.
