Hi,
The eligibility criteria for regular MA English in most of the universities is:
BA Honors in English or graduation with English as a subject in all 3 years of graduation with minimum 50 percentage.
So, you are not eligible for the same.

MBA because you once you clear CAT, MAT, entrance with high percentile you can get into IIMs, which would give you more Salary packages. You will be get many many more things.
