For registration of CA Foundation, you are advised to get yourself registered in the month of June, after declaration of your Class 12 result, so that once on receiving the result you will block your funds in CA only when you are sure of doing CA without delaying your any attempt. No, you can't apply for IIFT. The eligibility for IIFT includes recognized Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years.
