No, students cannot get direct admission in M.Ch at M.S. Ramaiah Medical College. The applicant is selected on the basis of NEET SS entrance exam scores. After evaluation of the scores, if the students meet the cut off requirement they must participate in counselling.

To check the NEET SS merit list for admission to the NIMS University, students have to first appear for the exam, attain valid ranks and then go to the official NEET exam website to check the merit list. Students have to visit the official NEET exam website handled by NBEMS to access the merit list.
The list is declared in the form of a PDF file containing roll numbers and marks for the chosen specific speciality group. Only those students are eligible for admission who have attempted the accepted exam and their name is the merit list.

No, you cannot join NIMS University without an entrance examination if you want admission to the DM and MCh programmes. Students have to appear for the NEET SS exam, attain valid ranks, sit in the counselling process, report to the allocated college (If any) and then be eligible for enrolment.
Students should know that the cutoff gets released in the form of opening and closing ranks for various All India categories. Till now, the cutoff has only been announced for round 1, with the ranks ranging from 241 to 4780 for the General AI category.

No, you cannot get into NIMS University with a 70000 rank in NEET SS if you belong to the General AI category. For this category, the NIMS University NEET SS cutoff 2025 ranged from 241 to 4780. Hence, candidates need to attain a rank of at least 4780 in round 1 to be eligible for admission.
This is the cutoff for round 1, maybe in the later rounds, the cutoff rank increased for this category.

To check the merit list for Banaras Hindu University admission to super speciality courses, like DM and MCh. Students have to first clear the basic eligibility rules and then appear for the NEET SS entrance exam and attain valid ranks.
Students can then go to the official exam page and check the merit list. If their name is included in the list, only then can they take part in the counselling process to be eligible for admission to this university.

The maximum rank to get into BHU would vary according to the category the students belong to. Since the BHU cutoff 2025 for the NEET SS exam has only been released for round 1, the maximum rank admissible was 3527.
Students who want a seat for the most competitive course, ie, DM in Gastroenterology, would need a rank of 70.
On the other hand, candidates with a rank of 3527 would get into M.Ch. in Cardio Thoracic Surgery course.
Note - This is the cutoff analysis for the General AI category for round 1; other categories and rounds will have different cutoffs.

Yes, you can get a seat at BHU with a rank of 200 if you belong to the General AI category. As per the BHU cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, the round 1 ranks varied between 70 and 3527.

BHU cutoff Round 1 has been released for admission to the MCh and DM courses based on the NEET SS entrance examination. The cutoff was published for various All India categories.
To get a seat for the MCh courses, according to the BHU NEET SS cutoff 2025, the General AI category students who need a rank between 242 and 3527. Hence, students with a rank below 3527 might have a chance at admission. For more details, students can click here.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna NEET SS cutoff 2025 ranged from 6 to 2768 for the General AI category students in round 1. Hence, according to this round, students need to secure a rank of at least 2768 if they belong to the General AI category. Other categories, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs.
