Goa University offers M.Ch. in Neuro Surgery at the super speciality level in the Medical field. The university accepts NEET SS scores followed by NEET SS Counselling for admission to the said course. Yes, the direct admission to all the UG and PG courses at MCH Manipal is possible. As the institute offers admission based on the merit scores of candidates in their previous qualifying exams as per the level of the course, personal essay and interview . There is no requirement to qualify for any entrance exam.
