Hello, after completing M.Com. you have many good options available.
You can go for private Jobs.
But as you are from commerce field, I think you will be interested in Banking career.
For that, you don't have to do any thing.
just start preparation for IBPS PO Exam, SBI PO Exam or other banking Exams.
It will really beneficial for you.

All the courses are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. USA has no guarantee of jobs in any sector until u r sponsored by a company. Firstly, you need to find a employer/job who is willing to sponsor your work VISA. Now on employer's part that costs few thousand dollars, also employer is required to get permission from US labour deptt that they could not find any person of the qualification or experience in their country so they need to hire from a foreign country. which further makes it difficult to find a employer who is willing to take all this pain to hire a foreigner.
