If a student fails in Assignment or Term End Theory, he/she has to resubmit the IGNOU Assignment or Reappear in the IGNOU Term End Theory Exam. IGNOU Assignment once submitted and Passed (or completed) are valid for entire programme duration).

Masters and B.Ed because they are compulsory to do either of the course through distance mode. Prefer to go with the B.Ed as the distance education.

Most of universities do not allow simultaneous study for two degrees. Therefore you can not do M.Com and B.Ed simultaneously. Thank you.

In this you should go for B.Ed from regular mode from well known university and for M.Com you can take up distance mode in other valid university. Normally, students take this type of combinations to complete their education and learning teaching methodology.
