The MCom course is an enhanced form of the BCom programme. It is one of the most preffered pick of BCom students. Candidates interested in pursuing a doctorate in business should pursue an MCom degree. But, there are other professional degrees, such as Financial Risk Management, that can help one achieve more pay and better career chances. Candidates can also undertake professional courses like the CA, CS, CMA or an MBA after completing BCom at AIMS Institute.

Several universities offer 5-year integrated programs, with options for lateral exit with a B.Com degree after 6 semesters, followed by a lateral entry in the 7th semester for the M.Com.
