Here is the link from official site what you can do is just simply select the subject in which you want to do MS. Just click on that admission requirement for each specific course is defined. GRE and CV with two reference letters are a must for most of the courses and other things you can check directly from there.

The candidate must have passed the relevant undergraduate programme with a minimum of 50% marks from a standard university for admission to Osmania University, Hyderabad. Or

Candidates should have passed B.Sc with at least one subject of Biological Sciences, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT, B.Pharma or any other professional graduate degree from a recognised University; B.Sc with Physics and Chemistry optional. Candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Required Qualification-
The Minimum Eligibility to Apply is as below:
Mandatory Course :
B.Sc.( Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Zoology)
Candidate must have passed in Biology / Botany /Zoology as an ancillary subject in graduation.
Candidate who have passed graduation in Physiology as the main subject are also eligible to apply.
JIPMER Common Entrance Exam : 50 Percentile
Since, B.Sc Nursing is not listed as a part of it, you can get in touch with the University to verify if you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. in Medical Physiology

Eligibility: Master of Science (M.Sc) Botany/Zoology: Bachelor's degree of a University established by law in India (with the subject of study for M.Sc, as one of the subjects) in 2nd Division or with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) or Honors in the subject concerned. Basis of Admission: The admission to these courses will be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test and shall be open to all subject to the reservation approved by the University. The merit will be determined on the basis of competitive examination (written test and past academic record of the candidate).
