The course duration of M.Sc Chemistry is 2 years.
Number of seats are 60.
The eligibility of this course is on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.
- The basic MSc Chemistry eligibility criteria is a graduate degree in Chemistry or an allied discipline from a recognized college with at least 50% or more marks. MSc Chemistry syllabus focuses on subjects such as Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Atomi structures etc.

The UGC NET exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) for determining the eligibility of candidates for the role of Assistant Professor or for the award of Junior Research Fellowship in Indian universities and colleges.
