You said you have completed 12th. So, you need to get bachelor. After that, you can can do Masters.
Or an another way is to find that college offering integrated MSc courses with respect to your dream subject.

Hi Prabhat,
US universities are very flexible, take your GRE and have a good score to be considered eligible. Since you will be applying for a second Masters you must also show your interest in the programme through an excellent SOP. Relevant projects, recommendation letters etc. Must also be submitted. In general you must show that you are a good candidate for the programme and how you can contribute to the cohort or class.

M.Sc Wood Science & Technology is two years of duration programme at FRI, Dehradun with intake of 38 numbers. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility: - Three year Bachelor's degree with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or B.Sc Degree in Forestry with minimum 50% marks. Hence, you are not eligible for this programme.
