I would suggest you to go for Institute of Environment Education and Research of Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, it is the best option you can get for M.Sc in environment science.

No, Gujarat University doesn't have M.Sc Environmental Science as distance course. You can however pursue it regularly if you wish.

No, it is not possible. For M.Sc ES, you have to do B.Sc - ES. If you really interested for Environmental course, then you can go for MSW also.
