Yes, you can do. There is no such restriction to choose the stream. But, you need to qualify entrance exam which require some basic knowledge of that subject.

I would advice for M.Sc. In environmental Science and suggest BVIEER (Institute of environment education and research of Bharati Vidyapeeth) at Pune would be the best option to pursue the course.
