Students who meet these criteria can secure admission by achieving a qualifying rank in IIT JAM or any other applicable entrance exam:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant Science discipline.
  • Candidates must have at least 55% aggregate marks or a CGPA of 5.5 for General, OBC, and EWS categories.
  • For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the eligibility criteria are relaxed to 50% aggregate marks or a CGPA of 5.0.

For Abhilashi University's MSc Agriculture courses, applicants must have a BSc or BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or Sericulture with 50% marks. Selection is on the basis of AUCET or CSKHPKV entrance exam scores. The specialisations in Plant Pathology and Entomology each have 8 seats. Abhilashi University selection is merit and entrance exam-based.

The merit list is usually released a few weeks after the application process closes, mostly around August September. You should keep checking the official website of the college/university you applied to.
