The admission process for MSc courses at Jai Hind College and Somaiya Vidyavihar University is almost the same for both of the institutes. The MSc course duration is two years at NIELIT Kolkata. Candidates have to complete the programme within this duration to gain the PG degree. Moreover, it is offered in a full-time mode. The total course duration is divided into semester pattern. 

Yes, NIELIT Kolkata offers a two-year MSc course in a full-time mode. The candidates with a valid BTech/BSc/BCA degree can apply. This qualifying exam should have been passed with a minimum of 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST). NIELIT Kolkata MSc admission is done on a merit-basis. Selected candidates have to pay the first semester fee to confirm their seats.
