Recently IGNOU launched their new Masters programme MSCPH which is Master of Science (physics) and the eligibility criteria for doing this PG programme the qualification required as per their site is follows:
• Graduates with Major/Honours in Physics
• Graduates with a B.Sc. Degree (including IGNOU B.Sc. Programme under CBCS) with Physics and Mathematics
• Graduates with a B.Sc. Degree of IGNOU or any recognised Open University with a minimum of 32 Credits of Physics, and Mathematics as one of the subjects.

The MSc course fee at CMC Vellore is in between INR 2,000 to INR 2,400. The fee component includes tuition fee, hostel fees and one-time fees.
