The exam is conducted online in different slots. Students can register for the exam in December. Selection of slot is done in March. Students have to give the online exam through laptop/desktop with webcam open.

The eligibility is Class 12/ Passed in 2nd PUC or any Equivalent exam from recognised Board. Students need to have a minimum aggregate of 45% in the qualifying exam. Moreover, for some courses minimum aggregate for 50% is required. Admissions are based on RUAS-AT/ CUET-UG merit.
