In terms of Agriculture Discipline - Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana and Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar comes to mind. My friend has done Undergraduate course in Agriculture which is ICAR accrediated from Lovely Professional University.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass with 55% aggregate marks B .Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons.) (4 years), subject to qualifying LPUNEST

Most IITs including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee and IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, admit students to their MSc Physics programs through the Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM). JAM is the centralized entrance test for MSc programs at IITs and IISc.
