No, you need to register and qualify for Common Post Graduate Entrance Test CPGET by Osmania University. Besides this, you need to have 50% and 40% marks in 10+2 and Graduation respectively.

The fourth merit list for Msc.in mathematics shows that :-
For general :- minimum marks is 80 in CUET
For SC:- 74
For OBC:- 31
For EWS :- 89
So you can assume getting above 70-80 marks in CUET, will get you in the college

Yes, you can get a seat with 91.6 percentage in Nizam college.
In Nizam college, students of any caste reservation can get a seat if you have 90 above percentage.
