Candidate should have to bsc Hons with any science subject and than you have to do admission exam.in 2021 last cutoff rank closed around 1100

PGDM is not better than MS. No, PG Diploma is not equivalent to Masters as it is a short-term Diploma course pursued in order to gain some professional skills mainly to gain advance knowledge and competencies. The duration of the course can be of 1 to 1.5 years. However, Masters can range between 1-3 years in duration.

There is no specific cut off for MSC in biotechnology at D D Goverdhan doss Vaishnav college, you can take direct admission in this college through merit list,
alternatively, you can apply from the college online web page.
