It depend on our course & colleges in our area and state. Because most of all colleges admission time in India is July - September, but after covid-19 Pendamic admission times are different in different colleges.

No, You are not eligible for SAS as per the Eligibility criteria:
Only persons who have put in minimum of 3 years (presently 2 years) continuous service in one or more of the following capacities in a particular field office of IA&AD and who had successfully completed their probation perio
