Yes, there might be seat reservation for the M.Tech course at BVRIT, Hyderabad. Since, BVRIT follows the reservation policy set by the government of Telangana and the regulations of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Like most educational institutions in India, BVRIT likely offered seat reservations based on categories as per government guidelines.

IIST-Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology follows a reservation policy while allotting seats to its students. For the PG course, reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD is applicable as per Government of India Orders. Additionally, if the ST seats are vacant, it will be filled by SC category candidates.Here is a detailed break-up of the seats for the all categories:

It is important for a candidate to qualify for the Andhra Pradesh PGECET and test papers relevant to the course to which they want admission. It is necessary to satisfy the eligibility requirements and other relevant criteria. Admission to 85% of the seats in each course is reserved for local candidates, and the remaining 15% of the seats will be unreserved seats as specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations and Admissions) Order, 1974.
