Here you have the great amount of opportunities if you are from well academic background. You can work at many post & designation after M.Tech in Construction Management viz, Consultant CRD, site engineers, construction, planning and technical engineers. If you have well expressed work experience, then you may also be hired for the position of Manager (technical, general and senior). After doing M.Tech in Construction Management and real Estate, you can apply in various real estate companies to work in. The companies like SuperNova, Central Park, Flower Vally, Gaurs, Amrapali and Rise Residence. These are some of the big names in real estate world, who are always ready to hire the candidate from this field.

I don't think so because of these reasons :-
1. Poor architecture of college, improper laboratories, even washrooms are not proper.
2. Lack of qualified faculty.
3. Zero placements. And if you get a placement in a pool campus on your own, the respective faculty responsible for Placements will bugger you to death if you don't give the placement offer letter to them so that they can show off about it in newspapers.
4. No student body to listen to issues faced by students day by day.
5. Books provided to the students per semester are not up to date. So after getting the same books over and over again, students had to purchase books from market.
6. In the name of cultural festival, the respective board which includes faculty pressurizes you to pay the amount or suffer deduction in marks.
7. Last but not the least, forget about free Wi-Fi in campus, students are not even allowed to go and sit in the computer rooms to use them for any kind of work.

1. Metallurgy is an old field of science and it's an unconventional field of engineering, which students generally don't prefer because they think this field is not much in demand.
2. Actually, this field is the mother of every other field. Just imagine the world without metals and non-metals. It's unimaginable. Modernization of the human race started due to discovery in this field. The big machines (mechanical), automobiles, chemical engineering, etc.
3. The boom in new discoveries in Metallurgy gave way to a boom in industrialization, thus it will remain an important branch of engineering and science. People will always use metals and non-metals for numerous purposes. Guess what? In future, there would be robots extracting precious metals on other planets.
4. Imagine the world without iron, steel, copper, gold, etc. This is your answer.
Technology of extraction, purification may change but the need of this field will always remain.
5. Materials Science is the branch of future, whether it's nanotechnology or polymers or composite materials. These materials will form the base of engineering in coming future.

MTech Cryptography is a brand new course which ISI introduced this year. There is a new centre opened at ISI called RC Bose Institute of Cryptography which will be running this particular course at ISI. But in the subsequent years this course will be highly demanding.
May be the admission in these years will be easy but I can assure you if you can successfully complete the course with decent marks, you will surely be getting a job of an average lpa of 15 lakh and as well as PhD in Indian Institutes as well as universities in the USA.
RC Bose faculties at ISI have good connections in abroad so placements and PhD options wont be a problem in my view.
