M.Tech is a postgraduate degree of two years. It is one of the most demanding courses among the Software Engineering domain. This course covers all the aspects of technicality related to programming and software development. There is option for specialisation like Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Database Management Techniques etc. Advantage is that getting M.Tech you can get a research or teaching or SRF jobs with a good package. After M.Tech in CS from AMU, if you do job in teaching then you will be paid around 50 K /month where as if you go for industries then your salary will totally depend on your knowledge and skills.

You need to explore the options that you have. First of all, you need to decide whether you want to do a job or go for higher studies. If you want to pursue Post Graduation then, you need to explore promising post graduation courses that offer a value addition to your career as well as help you land a great job with a decent salary. Well B.Tech is enough to get good job in engineering field but if you've M.Tech degree or MBA along with B.Tech then, it expands your career prospects.
