It is up to you. If you want to study, then opt for B.Tech and M.Tech, otherwise, get a job. If you increase your study level, you will get more knowledge of your subject, and you will get better job prospects too.

Hi Suman,
The definition of best varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and one's strength. Opt for the one that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
If you want to remain in the technical field go for M.Tech and if you want to opt for some managerial role then go with MBA.

If you mean IELTS bands, you need at least 6.5 overall for post-graduate courses.

yes u can attempt the state level entrance exam for m.tech in design. but might be u will not get stipend.

Dear Sahil,
I am afraid but you are not eligible for M.Tech. You must complete post-graduation course before applying for M.Tech. Since, you have completed Bachelor of science, it would be necessary that you also complete Master of science to apply for M.Tech course.
Master of Technology is post-graduation course, which is taken after completing Bachelor of technology. The B.Sc students have two options to apply for M.Tech. You can either complete M.Sc as I mentioned earlier.
Other option is doing B.Tech through lateral entry. Just like diploma holders, B.Sc graduates are also eligible for lateral entry into B.Tech. You will get admission
