The difference is the time period. You will be usually spending 4 years for B.Tech, and if you want to do M.Tech you will then spend another 2 years. But, in case of integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, you will be doing both the degrees is 5 years. So, your time of one year and the fees will be saved. This is the advantage of integrated course.
VIT University is a top ranked university which is known for its placements, exposure and education. So, it is good to do that. But, the only thing is that they charge a lot of fees as it is a private university. If you can pay that, then you can study there which is well and good.

Yes, you can get a highly paid job without doing M.Tech also. For that, you need to study in top institutes like IITs, BITS Pilani etc. there the salary packages are really high compared to other colleges. Above all, even if you study in a top ranking college, you need to be highly skilled and updated to be better than your counterparts so that you can stand unique which will eventually lead you to a good company with a high salary.

Hi Sanjay, abroad is a very vast term. To be precise, every country and every university have different admission requirements. Some countries or universities are more competitive than the others. Generally, its IELTS, TOEFL and GRE. Scholarships are also available and basically given on merit. If you have a good profile then you can be considered by the universities for scholarship. To get admissions into VIT University, you need to write an entrance exam called VITEEE for undergraduate programmes. Your board exam scores are not a part of admission unless you are a board topper. For post graduate courses you need to clear an entrance exam called VITMEE. So after writing the entrance exams only, you can get a seat at VIT University.
Or else, you can try the management quota. But, don't have any idea about management quota.
