In any branch you can get a good salary package it is up to you and your creativity and skills but to get the highest salary package, you should opt for CSE or IT.

CU is an average university. I would recommend you to join some other better university.

You future will be good as this college provide good placement .Moreover As of 2012, the greatest number of environmental engineers (28%) worked in architectural, engineering, and related services. Another 21% were employed in management, scientific, and technical consulting services. 13% worked in state government, 7% in federal government, and 6% in local government. Out of India there is also a demand of environmental engg.

GJU is a good university but there are still more good universities to pursue B.Tech and M.tech.
