It's your choice, but if you ask then B.Tech courses are always better than M.Tech.

Integrated B.Tech +M.Tech from VIT Vellore is better, because of B.Tech from RMK Engineering College is average, but from VIT Vellore is good.

Different universities have different admission requirements. MS admissions are very competitive. Please note that there is no M.Tech, its either MSc or MEng or MASc. More than 8 CGPA is required by most universities, you must also have demonstration of research work and publications, str
