No, you cannot. You have to pursue B.Tech to pursue M.Tech. After completing BCA, you can go for MCA.

Hi Jay,
There are many countries which are popular for M.Tech. Here are some popular ones:
USA ( but off-late, it's not a good idea)
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
Singapore
Germany etc.
Zero in your choice based on the budget, admission requirements, career opportunities etc. Yes, government loan can be available. And, if you have a very good profile universities can give you scholarship too.

Hello Hanoch Teja,
ME/ M.Tech in ECE is a suitable option. M.Tech in digital communication engineering/ communication systems is another suitable course. Other specialization streams like electronics design and electronics circuit and systems can be pursued in M.Tech. MBA or MS degree can also be opted.

GATE score is accepted by all major technical institutes and universities such as IITs, NITs, IISc, IIITs, CFTIs, State universities / Engineering colleges and some autonomous universities for MTech. Some International Universities such as NSU Singapore also accept GATE score for MS admission.

If you are planning to M.Tech Civil Engineering then IIT Roorkee is the best option. You may refer to specialisations offered by IITR are as follows: http://www.iitr.ac.in/academics/pages/Civil_Engg_Academic_Curricula_PG.html is the Mecca of civil engineering. You may evaluate doing Environmental Engineering which is the branch of future with developing scope and opportunities.
