m.tech is better option among two because you will utilize your engineering knowledge in m.tech and for future you can go for PhD in engineering
. You should choose MBA only when you get top management schools only like IIMs, xlri, mdi, fms, IITs etc

There are many colleges which conduct their individual entrances for M.tech admissions. Some of the good M.tech entrances are: BITS HD Admission Test (BITS Pilani), UPESMEET (UPES), TANCET(Tamil Nadu Common Entrance & VITMEE (VIT Master's Entrance Examination). UPES next round of UPESMEET Entrance cum interviews is currently going on in various cities across the nation. You can apply for it online. Check out website of other institutes as well and apply where registrations are still open.

MBA is good for management level type organizations, MTECH is technical course so it is limited to core companies only . But it mainly depends where you want to see you ,in which field. So decide which suits you good. Placements are good for MBA compared to Mtech.

I suggest it to be a good option because if you are doing job that is the main criteria i hope people study for to fulfil the demands and needs of either their family or themselves. If you are able to get good job than go for it.If the job you get is not worth than go for M.Tech but good job will help you to complete you spirits .
