You should prepare and appear for GATE and by scoring good ,you will be eligible to get admission in IITs for M.tech

if you are asking about salary packages than its IIT,Mumbai according to the internet resources .but after all they both gives almost similar average package

For MTech you have to crack the gate and then u can get admission for MTech u directly get admission for Mtech if u have completed your Btech from iit.

You should appear for GATE exam to get admission in an IIT for M.tech

go with any electronic related branch its good for you while other branches have their own importance which is not covered in MSC sybllii

if u have done your b.tech then u have to follow ur core branch there is no second option and for MBA go with your interest every branch have equal opportunities and good salary too
according to me go with structure or construction they have a good scope

Yes, there are institutes which provide distance learning and collaborative programs.
5 - 6 programs under BITS Pilani have been mentioned on their website too.
Even IIT Bombay has its Distance learning program, details of which are available on their website - http://www1.iitb.ac.in/~cep/about/index.html
Other local colleges also must be offering these courses.
