University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of British Columbia, University of Calgary , Ryerson University and University of Manitoba are for the same.

KSOU is providing degree through distance learning only so you can not do M.Tech through regular mode from this college.

You can get 25k on an average in companies. You can get promoted early. It would get easy to apply for consultant posts with 1-2 years of experience. You can also apply for government jobs and get preferred.

You can pursue M.Tech in CS or MCA.

Mechanical engineers are eligible to apply for M.Tech in aerospace engineering in specializations such as Thermal and Propulsion, Aerodynamics and Flight Mechanics, Structures and Design, Astronomy and Astrophysics, etc.

As per their website, the university recognized under section 22 of UGC Act 1956, so there should be no issues. But, please check directly with the university before applying. You must also meet the admission requirements and your grades are quite good. You must take IELTS before applying.

You can join DRDO/ ISRO/ aviation manufacturing or its ancillary units/ airlines/ air force/ educational institutes/ R&D units / IT etc after M.Tech aeronautical engineering. DRDO and ISRO advertise their aeronautical engineering regularly in employment news. You can apply aganist open advertisement

You should do M.Tech because you have done B.Tech, so M.Tech will be good for you, rather than BAMS.
