There is no M.Tech programme available at KUK university. However, on a general basis any M.Tech programme is of 2 years. List of colleges in Kurukshetra offering M.tech pogrammes, kindly refer the link below:

No institute in India offer online Masters in Aeronautical Engineering (AE). Some Institutes in USA offer online MS in AE, you may evaluate USA based online degree courses.

First of all you will have to look out for the branch/discipline in which you want to pursue a career in, afterwards you can choose a college among those having the branch/discipline. GATE score will also be a deciding criteria for taking admission into mtech programme as maximum colleges take admission into their mtech programmes through gate score.

In India I there is no specialized course like that. you can do MSc. Automobile Engineering in Uk. this is not be year program and you also have few universities offer one year internships. Google and see how many automobile companies in UK offers internship for students. Decide clearly you are looking for career in automotive industry or automotive designing. few universities you can see details in their websites.

Please note that there is no difference between these degrees in terms of value and scope. ME and M.Tech have similar scope and future and on the same time BE and B.Tech also have same scope and future.
Now let's dig the question little deep. If BE and B.Tech or ME and M.Tech have same value and scope why the names are different.
Now as AICTE approve courses most of the courses are same and identical for BE and B.Tech. The universities those offering BE when started new courses named them to B.Tech too.
