Hey Raju,
Your score doesn't assure you to get into top engineering institutions but you still have other options. Certain top universities in India conduct their own entrance examination to take admissions. You can opt for them and fulfill your dreams. However most of these colleges are private but they are performing really good in terms of ranking, placements assistance, candidate development etc. Suggestions would be -

If you want to contribute to programming, research or innovating in cyber security, go for m.tech and if you want to manage ppl in cyber security or work on international relations, go for mba. The best place would be USA.

Dear Lekhraj - Being a student of MBA I don't have a good idea of the Automobile engineering course but yes as far as my outlook towards the concern of package is I can say that it totally depends on the company and the type of job profile being offered.
