BCA graduates are not eligible for M.Tech. However they are eligible to do M.Tech after MCA or M.Sc CS or IT.

Both the programs have different career prospects, you can't compare. I don't quite get your query however, you are from a BBM background so you are not eligible for M.Tech anyways. Either go for MBA or MS Management.

Dear Balaji,
B.Tech mechanical with MBA will be good combination. But you should do your MBA from good business schools. If you get good score with GMAT, TOEFL you can come from a business school from US and UK. If not in India CAT/MAT entrance exams will give best b schools in India. So all the best.
