Dear Ahfaz,
M.Tech has an upper hand because of the oil and gas industry in the gulf. But it totally depends on your interest. If you are interested to look after management sector of a company you may opt for MBA. Your engineering background plus a management degree will be valuable globally. Hope it helps.

placements are good in M.tech all you need is to choose the college wisely.here are some of the good colleges where who can apply for admissions.
1.SRM
2.Symbiosis College
3.Lovely Professional University
i have heard that Lovely Professional University provide a high scholarship.even the placement is also high.i suggest you visit their website and enquire about the admissions.

Hey Gowtham,
If you have done or going to do B.Tech(Mech) than you should be going with M.Tech as it will give you more opportunities than M.Sc. Also M.Tech is considered to be more job oriented than M.Sc. After M.Tech you can choose teaching profile, corporate profile or even research work. So in my opinion M.Tech will be a better option. Suggesting some universities -
