Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore started the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 registration on Aug 30. International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore accepts GATE scores, followed by the GATE Counselling process for admission to the MTech course. GATE COAP Round 1 cutyoff has been released for IIIT Bangalore. As per the cutoff list, CSE was the most competitive course with a closing rank of 591 for the General AII India category students. So, considering the latest cutoff data, candidates having a score of 150 can not get into IIIT Bangalore for M.Tech admission.  

It is not worth doing M.Tech from Jhulelal Institute of Technology (JIT) because the college has a good infrastructure and facilities. It also has a good faculty. However, the placement record of the college is not as good as some of the other engineering colleges in the state. If you are looking for a college with a good placement record, then you may want to consider other colleges. However, if you are looking for a college with good infrastructure and facilities and a good faculty, then JIT can be a good option.

The eligibility criteria for M.Tech course at KSOU Mysore is that candidate should have passed graduation wit a minimum of 50% aggregate. Moreover, the entrance exams accepted by Karnataka State Open University Mysore include Karnataka PGCET. Additionally, the KSOU Mysore M.Tech fees is INR 60,000. The admission process for MTech programs at UIET is based on the candidate’s GATE score and performance in the qualifying examination.

Preference is given to GATE-qualified candidates for all courses. Candidates with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination will be given admission if seats remain vacant after GATE-qualified candidates’ admission.

In conclusion, GATE is the mandatory entrance exam to get admission to MTech at UIET.
