You have got a descent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a integrated Mtech seat under category 1 or 2 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in 3rd category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and mentioned course is most common choice in integrated program.
The best possible options are:
- Integrated CSE at Vellore
- Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore
- Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 2)
- Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 2)

Unfortunately, I can't locate the specific data about the present day M.Tech cutoff for entrée to the KTS, even though I know the college's general eligibility criteria. However, the admission is conducted based on the performance in KIITEE exam or valid GATE score.For M.Tech programs, the candidates should have a first class, B.E or B.Tech degree from a recognised University. The placement in M.Tech course in Mahindra University, Hyderabad are quite good. The university has reputation for placing its students to reputed firms like Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant and Capgemini. The M.Tech. in VLSI Design program is offered at all the campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, namely Coimbatore, Bengaluru, and Amritapuri.
